Twizzle
has been a member of the national chopper club since 1980. This club
exists to promote custom building and riding of Bikes and Trikes.
Twizzle
consistently wins the best engineering trophy at many club runs. The
latest to be won was Best Engineering on Enigma at the Rock and Blues
2000 pictures of which can be seen at
www.bikersweb.co.uk
. Furthermore, bikes and trikes that have been built for customers and
his own previously owned personal bikes win custom show prizes, in some
cases, years after leaving the workshops.
Please
remember though, Twizzle only fabricates. All of the other idiosyncrasies
of bike building, engine building, wiring, painting , registration and
the million of other jobs will have to be taken elsewhere or of course
done by yourself.
Twizzle
offers bike and trike frames in the following metals :-

Whilst
it has been scientifically proven that size for size, tig welding
is the stronger and certainly the neater. Twizzle MIG welds all steel
tube frames because of the ability to get a neat MIG weld, with a
larger weld bead, relative to TIG welding (within production time
limits). Twizzle frames have a 75% larger weld bead than other frame
fabricators on a normal production TIG welded frame. This means that
Twizzle built frames are at least 75% stronger. They have a larger
bead with a neat convex curve at all frame joints, this gives more
metal to take frame stresses and because of Twizzles imaginative cross
bracing and outrageous frame styles, Twizzle built frames don't break!
Unless you know different ?
